Well well...

So...

I havent updated this in a while. Needless to say the 100lb challenge is not going to be accomplished. Ive struggled so much with my weight the last few months . The stress of uni and work going around at the same time is distracting me. 

I need to sort this because i lost 4 stone this year and i've regained almost a stone and a half...and that is horrible. 

I need to stop playing about with quick fixes and realise that the way i did it before is the only method that sustainably worked. Gym 4-5 times a week and a low calorie diet!

I have a lot to look forward to in 2014 and I'd like to get myself down to 16st at least by easter! That means losing about 3 stone and a bit from this point. I think it can be done...but i need to get myself into a serious hard working routine once more! 

Hope that starting this blog up again will inspire me to try hard again and get the last of my weight off, i simply cant afford to regain it all again and now is the time where it's gotten far too out of hand.

Hopefully you'll all support me and not slag me off for my small failure. 4 stone off...then regaining 1st 4lbs is not the end of the world but its still very annoying for me!

Keep me motivated folks :) and those who havent read my blog before feel feel free to read my posts from earlier in the year and how i lost the first 4 stone - hopefully by the end of this year i can pick up where i left off!
