Revamp, Rename, Re...goal setting?

So I've got a chance to change some things on my blog now.

It's no longer the 100lb challenge, as I've decided to set a goal a little closer than that now. If I need to go further I will, but for now it's time to set realistic targets.

As I said before, I regained a portion of the 4st I lost this year...1st 4lbs gained to be frank!

No I'm not happy, proud or pleased with this. So I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't give me a hard time about it, this is not easy what I've done/am continuing to do.

So right now my weight is 19st 4lbs, a total of 2st 7lbs lighter than I was of January this year...so I small victory for 2013, but If I do not get back on track right now I will start 2014 exactly where I was and will hate myself for it!

So, as of this week I am going RIGHT back to my old routine. Gym 4-5 times a week and a low calorie diet. No fads, no quick fixes, no crashes. They don't work. And I've always said they don't work...yet in a desperate panic to make a dent into my goals I've tried a few things with moderate yet no long term results.

They don't work. I'll say it again, Fad diets and crashes...don't work. Well...not for LARGE weight losses like mine, if you want to drop 20lbs in a few weeks, sure do a crash diet...but if you return to your old ways you will likely regain it...

Again, they don't work.

I am however going to continue doing Vegetable and Fruit juicing with my juicer as an ADDITION to my low calorie diet/exercise program. This will help me feel better as before I wasn't getting any fruit or veg in at all...I'd like to say I'll eat my fruit and veg but lets face it, I'm 25...I'm not going to learn to love veg/fruit any time soon.

Anyway, you were all very supportive when I had this blog active before so I'd love the same thing again, I have lots to look forward to in 2014 and I want a new less-fat me to fully enjoy my summer next year!

My new target is 16st. So I must lose 3st 4lbs.

I'm planning to go on a short break with my Girlfriend at the end of March for a few days and I'd love to set that as my first goal. This is roughly 20 weeks away...which at a steady 2lbs a week will be 40lbs...which is 6lbs shy of that target! But I'm expecting to lose a good chunk in my first 2 weeks thanks to water weight etc, so this should balance out...

This is a long blog post...I'll end here. Time to crack this on the head!
