Feeling very very confident about being back in ADF!
I had a very successful fasting day yesterday making up a nice meal of 2 chicken breasts and some Basmati rice with some Mango Chutney for my fasting meal. Came to under 600 calories which is spot on!
Today I was worried I would still be out of control on feed days, but nope! I have stuck to just under my maintenance calories and I feel great :) feeling very accomplished!
Things are looking up, I'm going to try my best not to weigh myself until Saturday 24th August and hopefully I'll get a hell of a good surprise ;)
