At the beginning of 2013 I embarked on a weight loss goal. I began at 21st 11lbs and got all the way down to 17st 11lbs with the intention of going all the way to 15st Unfortunately I've fallen off the wagon...and regained a portion of that weight. I'm not up at 19st 4lbs and quite frankly terrified of the impending fact that it will not get better unless I return to my routine. So here we go again! A new goal, time to smash it!

Upping the calories
Well i think i was being naíve to think i could drop my diet calories straight back down to 1600 a day. It's causing me to binge at night setting me back. I started this whole thing at 2000 cals a day so im hitting up that threshold again as of today. Hopefully i can drop it back down again in the next few weeks :)
