Stress!

So this week hasn't been the ultimate kick start I'd hoped it had been...

I had a shock weight gain at the beginning of the week but I've managed to curb that down a few lbs somehow, so that's a start.

Right now my weight is 19st 7lbs (2st 4lbs down since start of the year)

Hoping that by the end of the year I can get somewhere near the 18st mark again so that January can be a fresh start, round about 4 stone down...and only 3 stone more to go.

I think it's finding the enthusiasm when right now I'm suffering a cough, extreme studying and rehearsing for an Opera, juggling uni assignments, working 4 nights a week AND trying to track all my food and make sure I hit the gym...

I know it's hard, but I can do it and I did it before...granted at the start of the year I didn't have a job to worry about going to...all I had was going to uni a few times a week, assignments and gymming haha.

I had a read through some of my old blog posts and realised a few things I'd forgotten. Seems I used to squeeze in a few hour long walks per week too! Maybe that's something I need to work in on top of my gym routine. My determination level was staggering at the beginning of the year - I will get that back! :)
