Well I haven't updated you all in quite a few days, particularly on my day of weigh in!
Unfortunately I've had a bad weekend and I screwed up my alternate days, I've also been very distracted by the stress of trying to sort out my student finances etc for the coming term - something I had already sorted out months ago but nope! SAAS likes to make things complicated. ah well!
Today I will start a fresh I think. A fasting day today sounds like a great idea. One thing I really really must do is get my feeding days working for me instead of against me. I was eating far too much on my feeding days and it just isn't on. I think the best thing to do is to try and portion my calories out on those days into sections, so I'll give that a bash!
I will try to keep this blog more updated from now on :) but I think I may stop weighing myself every week and perhaps just make it every 2 weeks or just every now and then - I need to get this last 3 stone off very badly and I think considering the way ADF works, I might just have to focus more on sticking with the whole ADF way of living instead of how much weight I'm actually losing. But I'll still need to keep the exercise up of course.
