So it's been a slow week
I've been slowly getting back into the swing of ADF after I had a really rough weekend and coming off the whole plan big time!
I've been neglecting the gym, the weight has been coming back down again, but still I need to grab hold of it full force and start going to the gym again big time!
I'm not sure when to speculate a weigh in day, I'd like to be fully back in control before I speculate on one. Perhaps next Saturday as that will coincide with when you should weigh yourself on ADF if I do a full fast tomorrow.
One of the BIGGEST changes I need to make is feeding days. I need to get a hold of the calorie allowance and make it full of healthy food. I also need to make sure I keep my body active on fasting days to promote the fat burning effect.
Sorry again for the lack of updates, It's getting to me big time not being able to wrangle a hold of this and keep it under control! My only respite is I've managed to lose a lot of weight and KEEP it off. But I still need to push and get this last 3 and a bit stone off so I can feel and look a lot better.
Hopefully I can update you all tomorrow with how I've done an awesome workout and I've fasted haha!
