At the beginning of 2013 I embarked on a weight loss goal. I began at 21st 11lbs and got all the way down to 17st 11lbs with the intention of going all the way to 15st
Unfortunately I've fallen off the wagon...and regained a portion of that weight. I'm not up at 19st 4lbs and quite frankly terrified of the impending fact that it will not get better unless I return to my routine.
So here we go again! A new goal, time to smash it!

Fasting meal glory
Clocks in at roughly 550 calories. I want to stick to between 500-600 so this is goood
200g parsnips chopped and cored done in tefal airfryer with a drizzling of flora cuisine cooking butter and a sainsburys breaded cod fillet done in the oven :)
