I've worked extremely hard since Tuesday to try and pull it back - Hitting the gym hard, cutting the calories a wee bit more - being EXTRA strict. Luckily I've managed to save myself from a weigh gain, but the weight loss is very very minimal...I'm hoping next week's result will be absolutely phenomenal to make up for it haha!
So last week I got down to 18st 0 and 3/4
This week...
I am 18st and 1/4 - so just a half a pound lost!
Really wanted to at least scrape a whole pound. Then I would've been into the 17st region! But have no fear...next week I guarantee to be down into the 17's, it MUST happen...it'll be scary territory I haven't been in for a long long long long time.
Now that half my exams are out of the way I have the ability to structure my days a bit better. I will probably be separating them into times for Exam revision/exercise more than anything. Once my final 2 exams are out the way in a week and a half's times we will have FULL SPEED AHEAD for summer!
With only 9 weeks until my birthday I have a good amount of time to hit a very admirable goal by then! 17st would be a nice good number....but if I can hit 16.5 that would be absolutely incredible.
Here's to more hard work and no more shaky weekends!
