Sorry for the lack of updates! It's been a funny weekend/week!
I've been doing a lot of studying recently amongst other things, but worst of all the revision munching is not going well!! Once again I'm not expecting any weight loss this week which is really really annoying. I'm not happy with myself. Luckily I've managed to keep it in check to the point where my weight isn't rising like a rocket, but it certainly isn't going down at all. It's creeping gradually into the wrong zone once more.
What I need to do is PLAN! I think because I'm not actually IN uni, I'm at home studying, that I've started to become more bored when It take a revision break and this is resulting in snacking and thinking to myself that it's OK and I'll get it back on track the next day - but this is dangerous thinking!
I've been within the 18st range for far too long now, I think it's been almost 7 weeks! I must break into the 17's so I can start feeling inspired and motivated again to see the numbers dropping constantly. It's now Wednesday and I'm highly doubtful I can pull back the horses enough to register a weight loss this week. But I guess we'll have to try! I have a night out/meal out with the class on Tuesday too and I'd like for it to be both well earned, well deserved and guilt free. So if I can drop into the 17's by then I'll be happy. It IS achievable I just need to bite the bullet and stick to the plan.
Sorry for the rant, hopefully I can keep this blog much more updated when exams finish and we can get some earth-shattering decent results from now on!
