Slowly climbing back down ;)

Well after my shaky weekend I've finally got things ticking over nice and fast again!

Unfortunately I'm not confident about this weeks weigh in! It's highly likely to be either a 0 or a gain of 1 or 2lbs...thanks to my bad weekend...however, previous shaky periods have shown that this usually means I may lose a very big chunk NEXT week ;) this would be awesome...I just have to keep it up and not back down - exam time is tough for this sort of thing, but if I can combine revision with a gym routine in a good way then I'll be on to a winner!

SO close to dropping below 18st and into the 17's, it's quite exciting! I need to make sure I keep it up over summer big time and make sure when I go back to University in 2nd year in September I look like a totally different/transformed person ;)
