Another Shaky weekend! Must return to form!

So this weekend I've been far too chilled out! Well...I have and I haven't. I've been preparing for exams coming up, I missed the gym on Friday so made up for it on Saturday...but I've eaten crap all weekend, the diet certainly hasn't been on properly...

I'd like to get things FULLY back on track tomorrow, but I 'm not confident at posting a weight loss result on Friday...I'd even like to just get half a lb or a lb would be amazing!! But this is to be expected I guess, exam stress is an easy time to falter! Luckily after this exam is over and the short one on Thursday I can section my days into blocks of revision/gymming for a whole week and a half before my final history and aural exams, then I have all of summer to start thrashing the remaining 2-3 stone I still have to lose!

I'm so close to breaching into the 17sts territory so I can't let this continue any further than today, as soon as my exam is over tomorrow I am RIGHT back into that gym! :)
