Another weigh in day!
It's a small weight loss this week - Uni has been very very busy this week and to be honest It's been shaky! Some days I did go over my calories by more than I really should have and I even missed a gym day thanks to a really long and busy uni day.
But a loss is a loss! As long as I'm perpetually going down I'm happy, especially with last weeks very large weight loss result. With a bit of luck next week I can pull a big number :) Ideally I never wanted to fall below the 2lbs lost a week mark so it'd be good to keep on that track!
Nevertheless, still very much beating my set targets AND revised targets by a number of weeks ^^
So this week's weight loss is....
1 and a 1/4 lbs!
a small weight loss but as I said before, a loss nonetheless! I feel like next week will return a big number because I'm seeing a pattern evolve occasionally during this whole thing - where if I have a low number one week my next week is usually quite big haha!
Roll on! Only 3 weeks left of University left and then we can focus 100% on tackling this weight loss at full speed!
