Had quite a good weekend! My arm was twisted into going out on Saturday night, so naturally I drank my weight! Luckily though my weight doesn't seem to have risen because of it. Got myself a nice good walk in today as well so that should've burned off at least a few hundred of those extra calories haha!
Tomorrow it's back to the gym BIG style! Infact, I'm also going to go on Tuesday too because I no longer have a steel pans ensemble at University I have to go to :)
Hoping to at least shed 2lbs and be down to 18st 3lbs by Friday! Even if the next few weeks are slow for weight loss though it's understandable because there is a lot going on right now in terms of exams etc at university. But here goes! Still very much on track for my targets :)
