Shaky times!!

The last week or two have been really quite shaky...

With the stress of uni and the lack of meals to cook in my house recently have meant I've missed some gym sessions and eaten some crap that basically I shouldn't have  munched on!

I haven't really GAINED much weight...I'm back to the weight I was a week and a half ago, so that's not awesome...if I want to post a loss on Friday I'm gonna need to ramp up the game BIG time over today, Wednesday and Thursday. Hopefully if all goes according to plan I should hopefully drop at least 1lb again...it's not ideal at all, but if I can post another loss I'll be happy. Today I've got a badminton session booked with my mate and I'm also hitting up the gym! So all things being said today is gonna be a MAJOR workout day which should see me get right back on track again :)

I'm really needing to put in the extra effort now, I've just had my hair all chopped off and the entire transformation is looking incredible...but there is STILL a good 2 and a half - 3 stone that is stubborn and MUST be dealt with.It's just a case of making myself fit the time in around University work/vocal practice for exams/revision etc. Luckily all that crap is over with in precisely 3 weeks time! :)
