Weigh in day!

Ok guys so this week i finally got totally on track again, and as you know the first week of being back on track after a long failure usually yields a big weight loss.

So last weekend i was clocking in at around 19st 7lbs

Today I weigh 19st 2lbs :) a 5lb loss this week! I expect it to simmer to 2lbs a week eventually, but next week i'm kinda hoping for a pretty good loss too haha! 

This means I'm about 1st and 3lbs away from where i got to my lowest weight. Once i reach that level again I will finally be able (hopefully) to storm through and go even further like i planned.

I'd like to hit that level by the end of the year so I can say 'right - 2013 i lost 4 stone, 2014 I will get off the rest' I'd like to be at a point by easter where I can turn my fitness goals into muscle training and gaining goals! But I really must get rid of all the excess fat first. I think 16st would be a good target to aim to hit at easter!
